While her study of horses is extensive, it is not her primary objective. She wants to help others to be able to train and enjoy their own horses. Niki didn’t buy her first horse until she was 25. She studied Natural Horsemanship and realized how hard it can be (especially for adults) to try to learn “new” things. She has been laughed at, made fun of, and dismissed by other trainers and professionals. She knows what it is like to have felt frustrated, upset, and defeated. Her intense study and real world practice led her to make a promise that she would have a place where anyone, and any horse, could come and feel safe (mentally and physically) to learn. She wants to empower other people to become students of the horse. She wants to help you find the love, peace, and joy in helping your horse overcome the obstacles that could be in the way of building a partnership where anything is possible. She wants you to get the very most out of all of your clinics and lessons by helping you understand why the horse is doing what it’s doing, and how you can help them through it.
She doesn't just teach one sport, she teaches you the foundation for any sport in a way you can easily understand.
She doesn't want you to just learn to ride, she wants to help you become the best partner you can be for your horse.
Niki, Dylinn Metting, Brooklynne Klingler and her advanced working students teach other kids and adults horsemanship lessons. Prices and schedule varies. Please text Niki 801-829-8360 or email showskinz@gmail.com for more information.
